Does NIOS hold any value? Will I get a job after doing engineering? I want to become an engineer.

NIOS is a central board under the ministry of HRD government of India. It has the same value as any state board or a central board. Your job depends on your engineering knowledge, college, communication skills, personality and performance during the interview. Doing senior secondary from NIOS does not affect it.
