NIPS Hotel Management Kolkata offers two degree course in Hospitality Management or Culinary Science. The regular degree programme are offered in collaboration with the International Diplomas from London, UK on Hotel Management or Culinary Science. The course curriculum includes Rooms division management, culinary management, food & beverage management, tourism management, service management, Food safety and hygine, Organizational behaviour along with communication and personality development. Candidates must have twelve years of school education from a recognised board for admisson.
