Does nit consider common rank list or OBC rank list ? Does IIIT Kancheepuram take OBC rank?
I have got 102570 rank in jee mains 2015 while 30230 in obc ncl rank list . Home state is Gujarat.

Sir i have got obc rank 5251 and crl rank 22000 in jee mains can i get cseor ece in nit warangal

Yes, they do consider OBC rank. but as per your rank it is quite hard to get admission in IIIT or in any NIT. Why dont you try in the good institutes which accept 12th percentage for admission like Lovely professional University (This is India's largest University), VIT etc.

His/her rank is good enough to get CSE in various NITs (not Warangal although). You are recommending LPU over NITs? You have surely no idea about anything.
