Does NIT Goa offer scholarships?

Candidates are offered seat in M.Tech based on GATE scores at NIT Goa. The seats are allotted via CCMT Counselling. In case the seats remain vacant, Non-GATE aspirants can also get admission by passing the written test conducted by the institute.

Aspirants cannot get admission in NIT Goa without passing the accepted entrance exam. The seats in BTech are allotted via JoSAA Counselling based on JEE Main scores. Candidates can fill out the form online for NIT Goa. Aspirants have to apply for JEE Main for BTech and GATE for MTech. Non-GATE aspirants need to appear for written test conducted by the institute. Candidates have to fill out the institute-level form for PhD and M.Tech (Non-GATE) courses.

Candidates need to pay INR 500 to apply for PhD course at NIT Goa. The application fees is INR 300 for SC/ ST/ PwD. Aspirants can pay the fees via any of the online payment modes.
