There are fundamentally three aspects of this refund policy. Firstly, if the refund is sought before the start of the academic session and if the institute is in a position to fill up the seat then the complete fees of INR 1000 charged as administrative expenses is refunded. Secondly if the refund is sought after the academic session has begun but the institute is still in a position to fill up this vacant seat then pro-rata fees is deducted and rest is refunded.
