Does npti pgdc able to provide with good placement when the power sector is falling,2014 says jst 35 out of 120 are placed,npti pgdc worthy

Do some reputed companies come in Npti Pgdc for the placement,in the current scenerio when power,mechanical and core sector are falling,is NPTI worthy option to for,as its fees is 250000,this is why question become considerable.(Cleared 2014 exam and confused whether to go for it or not)
