Well i don't know about NSHM.. but my advice to you is that go for full time MBA program from a reputed university.... If you ask me about universities and colleges in North India then University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun http://www.upes.ac.in/ which does offer B.Tech programs. If yo
