Does Oakland University give scholarships for international students?

<p dir="ltr" role="presentation">International students are not eligible for scholarships, however there are exceptions. The university gives scholarships based on academic merit. The total amount of Oakland University scholarships and tuition waiver benefits cannot exceed the cost of tuition fees.
