    Yes, Odisha has reservations for SEBC (Socially and Economically Backward Classes) in state government colleges for B.Tech admissions in 2024. The reservation policy includes various categories such as Scheduled Tribe (12%), Scheduled Caste (8%), Physically Challenged (5% in each category), Ex-Servicemen (3%), Tuition Fee Waiver (up to 5%), and Oriya belonging to outlying Oriya (Odia) speaking tracts (3%).
