Yes, ODU offers scholarships for international students. These are ISS Merit Scholarship and #YouAreWelcomeHere for UG students.
· ISS Merit Scholarship: Awards range up to USD 16,000. This is a merit-based scholarship and is offered to newly admitted students to Bachelor's degree. To get this scholarship, the applicants are required to have a minimum of 3.25 GPA
