Does open degree have the same value and job opportunities as regular degree?

I belong to a poor family so I am doing a part-time job and leading my family. But I want to study. Currently I am doing Diploma in DECE.

    An open degree do not have the same value and job opportunities as a regular degree. But once you gain enough experience, then you might get good opportunities on the basis of your experience. Do not loose hope. Keep working. All the best!
