    Yes, part-time MBA needs a minimum of 3 years of work experience. So, it's advisable that you first get employed and after 3 years of work experience, explore a part-time MBA or Executive MBA programme, which is of a shorter duration.

    It is safer if you have a job at hand and then a part time MBA. Because executive or part-time courses generally don't guarantee placements.
