Penn State University offers a few tuition grants to undergraduate and graduate international students. The range of these grants ranges from USD 100 – USD 2,000. The grants that are offered are The Special International Grant-In-Aid (SIGIA) and the Penn State Tuition Assistance Grant (PSTAG). SIGIA is available to both undergraduate and graduate students. PSTAG, on the other hand, is available to undergraduates.
