Does permanent tattoo on hand interfere during the medical process of MBBS course?

I've done 12th with PCM but since class 7th, I was in hostel. I've wondered about becoming a doctor in AFMC College and I'm thinking to complete my 11th and 12th with BiPC but the problem is that until I start MBBS, I will be 21 years in age. I have a small moon shaped permanent tattoo in left hand.

Most medical institutions are okay with a little bit of visible body ink, as long as it's not offensive. Non-visible tattoos are almost always allowed. If your tattoo is not exposed, or it could easily be covered, you'll rarely have problems with the upper management, even if they know about it
