PES University accepts students through PESSAT and KCET. 60% students are from PESSAT and 40 % are from KCET. If there are free seats remaining at the end of second round then the seats are accepted through COMEDK. Again if there are free seats remaining after 2nd round in COMEDK then JEE Mains ranks are considered. So my point is you can't get in through JEE because seats get full after 2nd round in PESSAT itself KCET students are excluded in this.

Indeed, JEE Main scores are accepted by PES University in Bangalore for admission to its engineering programmes. Every year, the amount of applications, the availability of seats, and the overall performance of candidates can affect the JEE Main cut-off ranks. It is recommended to check the official PES University website or get in touch with the admissions office directly for the most up-to-date information regarding the year-end cutoff. Typically, after the admissions process starts, they provide the cut-off ranks for different programmes. This information is also available through formal announcements made throughout the counselling

No, the university does not accept JEE scores. The university conducts the entrance on its own named PESSAT. Please visit the college website for more information: www.pes.edu
