Does PGC in FINANCIAL RESEARCH provided by edupristine is accepted by US universitiies for applying for MFC in FIINANCE ?

For taking up pg course in US i came to know that a 3 year wont be accepted.so i was advised to a pg course in india and then apply to the US university,so i would like to know whether the PG course provided by EDUPRISTINE ie; PGC in FINANCIAL RESEARCH is accepted by US universities;
