Does Ph.D. require attending of college or classes in the university in India and can it be done in parallel to job?
I am working with an experience around 14+ years. I completed B.Tech Degree (Textile Tech) from NIT, Jalandhar in 2001 and an executive MBA from ITM, I want to do Ph.D in Supply Chain Management and I cannot leave my job of Oracle Apps Consultant. Please guide me how to go about Ph.D. completion.

Dear Ajay Bansal, in India top institutes like IIM etc. expect your presence to do your Ph.D. that is nothing but called full time. There are certain universities like state universities offers part-time programmes along with full time Ph.D. therefore, you can prefer state universities for part time
