Does PPS come under PCS? How to prepare for the same?

Yes, PPS are selected from the candidates, who qualify PCS exams. You must focus on current affairs, GK, essay writing and two subjects of your choice. You must read newspaper and good competition magazines like Competition Success Review, etc. You can go through complete syllabus and last year ques
