Yes as per DTE Maharashtra guidelines for the 2018 MBA/MMS admission only CAT, CMAT and MAH-CET exam will be considered for admission in Maharashtra through CAP rounds. So yes you can take admission in PUMBA through CMAT but the cutoff for the CMAT for Maharashtra seat is always more than 99 percentile. You can also try for MAH-CET which is comparatively easy than CAT and CMAT.

PUMBA strictly follows the DTE rules for its admission process of MBA+.
For Maharashtra candidates, students have to qualify MH-CET exam. For Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS), students can apply through CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT/MH-CET.

Yes, and the application process for CMAT will start shortly so pull up your socks. The cutoff for getting into Pumba is around 99+ percentile through CMAT. Will also advise you to rely more on MH-CET MBA entrance which is a much easier way to get through. Cheers and regards.
