    Hi Nilanjan, Be sure with good CAT score to get a sustainable job from a good college with a decent in hand salary
    1. You should not get manipulated by any free admission agency because they have other interests rely on Shiksha review/discussions/alumni network.
    2. You can take a Linkedin tour to find the current alumni and chat with them to take the exact job sustainability as 100% placement does not make any sense without job sustainability.
    3. You should not run behind the package/ctc because it is not your innhand salary ,be clever

    Yes PIBM Pune has a very good placement record from the last decade. As being an alumnus of PIBM Pune I would tell about the placements and the package offered to PIBM students. PIBM has 98% of a placement record, and the rest 2% are confident enough in their own business. The highest package offered at PIBM is 17 LPA and 6.5 LPA is the average package. PIBM students also get international exposure.     Even in the Covid-19 situation, PIBM organizes online classes, placement preparation, mock GD-PI, and most of the students of batch 2019-21 are placed with reputed companies like Deloitte, e-Clex, Cians, Dabur, ITC, Reckitt Benckiser, TIAA, LODHA Group, Xanadu Realty, CITCO, and many more.     Hi, I am not sure of other colleges, but PIBM is a very good college. It has a unique training methodology and focuses more on the practical way of learning. The curriculum at PIBM gets updated regularly and as per the latest industry trends. Apart from this, PIBM students are given corporate exposure through Live business projects, Industrial Visits, Dual Internships, Case studies, Corporate Interactions sessions. For final placements Corporate heads conduct Mock GD/PIs, resulting in perfect preparation for PIBM students. The highest package at PIBM is INR 17LPA and the average package is INR 6.5LPA.

    PIBM does offer 100% placement. Even during the Pandemic also PIBM continued to organize their classes, training and internships, also most of the students of batch 2019-21 are placed with reputed companies like Deloitte, e-Clex, Cians, TIAA, CITCO, etc. With the highest package of 15lacs.
