That's a nice question Parul. Personality matters in every aspect of our life. Personality decides our values and attitudes. In fact, the external environment determines our behavior just through the projection of our Personality. Developing our personality helps us to get a good job, earn goodwill, achieve social respect and recognition in the Society etc. So, Personality Development is very essential in terms of our Personal as well as Career growth.
