Does pursuing MBBS course from abroad have same value as pursuing it from India?

Yes, why wouldn't it. In fact if you pursue your medical studies from countries like UK and USA the value is highly priced. Imperial College London is one of the best medical schools in UK. Whichever school you apply to, check its recognition and medical research activities first.
