    Hello Yash,
Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering which is located on the outskirts of Pune, primarily accepts students for admission based on their ranking in the common entrance test conducted by Directorate of technical education of the Government of Maharashtra called MHT-CET. However there is a quota called "all India quota" in all the colleges in Maharashtra which is filled based on the marks or ranking of JEE Mains. Hence you definitely can seek admission in this college based on your JEE mains ranking. However you will be admitted only against the seats earmarked for all India quota.
    Best wishes to you
