as i am a b-tech 2nd year student,my percentage is 67,is it is a good percentage?do we really should have work expirence to get a seat in good Mba college?

No, it is not at all mandatory to have work-experience for admission in B Schools. But try keeping your graduation percentage as high as you can, may be above 65%. There is weightage in the admission process for academic percentages.
