Does RIIM college Pune provide any mentoring classes to the students? How is the same helpful for the students?

Yes, RIIM college do provide mentoring programme. Every student is assigned a mentor in college. For two years in campus the mentor will guide you in your academics and placements. It will give number of assignment so that you develop your skills. Each mentor is assigned 20 students. So there is a ratio of 1:20. It is very much helpful for each and every student. As the students get there go to go person in college. Whenever they face any kind of problem, they can reach out to the mentor and the mentor will help them. They do help in your academics as well as in placements. They do work on every student so that they have a great career ahead.

Their PGDM course is well updated according to current industry requirements which make their students more suitable when they are sitting for their final placements moreover their Mentors to Mentees ratio is 1:20 which means for every 20 students there is a Teacher who keeps on guiding them for full two years of their study in college enhancing their communication, leadership, aptitude and managerial skills. RIIM Pune PGDM course also includes lot of certification courses national and International which again make their students stand apart from the crowd. In term of placement this college, ROI is the highest in Pune as their average package fall between 6 lac to 6.5 lac and the highest package going up to 14 lacs as compared to their fees of 4.95 lacs and 6.30 lacs.
