Yes, the Sacred Heart University Connecticut offers scholarships for their international students on both the bachelor's and master's levels. Undergraduate students can avail merit-scholarships awarded by the university. First-year students can also participate in student life programs on-campus, to be eligible for the activity-based grants and scholarship programs. Whereas, graduate students can apply for the outside scholarships & grants that they are eligible for.

(For both undergraduate and graduates)
USD 4,000 per year (INR 3.3 L)
Must be taking coursework necessary to become an elementary or secondary teacher;
Must sign an Agreement to Serve agreeing that they will teach full-time in a designated teacher shortage area for four complete years (within eight years of completing academic program) at an elementary or secondary school serving children from low-income families in a high-need field.
