<p>Yes, Sambalpur University does refund fees in certain circumstances. The university mentions that fees once deposited shall not be refunded in any circumstance except caution money. The one-time caution money is refundable online after completion of the course. Every student must open a Saving Bank Account in the State Bank of India to claim the caution money.
