Yes, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences accepts the scores for JEE mains. If you are willing to take admission BTech from this college then you can take admission by JEE Mains score. Also they do admission by TNEA coucelling. So these are your two options. They accept TANCET/GATE e
