Does SC category student get any concession in fee for MBA programme?

Well, CU is good university. Placements record is also good, But i giving you advise that do not join any university, while taking any step, you can see the following parameters : Infrastructure The Universitys infrastructure will support, enable, and enhance the work of its faculty, staff, and students. Its people and processes will be responsive and customer oriented. Its facilities and its information resources and technologies will fully support its missions of teaching, scholarship, and community outreach and engagement. Create an efficient, effective and integrated state-of-the-art administrative applications suite that provides 24x7 access to university services and minimizes the effort required for each transaction. Automation of administrative transactions and the use of information technology will be keys to success. Accreditation Institution and university should be recognized by the University Grants Commission(UGC), a statutory body of the Government of India. Other accreditation for the Act of Granting Credits Association of Indian Universities (AIU) Placement Before choosing any institution to check the previous year records, which organizations visited for selecting freshman. Try to contact your seniors and ask about the placement, internship etc.

Chandigarh University especially USB has been ranked at the top when it comes to placement of its students. Around 200 MNCs have selected 475 MBA students during their ongoing campus placements. And the total offers made during these placements have touched 710 out of which 175 students have begged more than two offer letters. The highest package offered is 14 lacks. The university has placements in the industry's top players such as Deloitte, coffee day beverages and Kent RO Systems Ltd, etc.

It all depends on college you are taking admission into. Government does provide some scholarship.
