The Apeejay Stya University (ASU) School of Legal Studies has a strong placement support mechanism for its law students, but not 100% placement is assured. The placement cell of the university actively engages with numerous law firms, corporate legal functions, and NGOs to create job and internship opportunities for students. Though several students are placed through these activities, results depend on personal performance, market situations, and other circumstances.

Apeejay Stya University has attained recognition in the realm of legal education. However, the Apeejay School of Legal Studies does not enjoy a steady ranking within top law schools in India and, consequently, has its ranking not always be amongst them in NIRF national ranking. Yet, this school is quite famous for encouraging practical learning, well-exposed faculty members, and different opportunities other than studies in the realm of laws. This would be a good choice for those students seeking a reliable institution. However, for students aiming to enter the best law schools, they might be more competitive with other institutes like
