Does sectional cut-off plays an important role in the selection or will the overall cut-off be suffice to get a call from this college?

Overall cut-offs will only be considered by LIBA in the scrutiny process. However, sectional cut-offs do play a role. If you had got decent marks in both, you would have an upper hand. Thanks.
