On- campus
Living on campus allows you to get the entire college experience and can help you adjust to life in Canada. The apartment-style living buildings on Seneca's King and Newnham campuses are easily accessible and well-equipped. Social activities that are organised will also help you meet your classmates and form friendships.
Living on campus eliminates the need to commute, giving you access to on-campus resources and freeing up your time to focus on your academics while also enjoying the student community in a safe and convenient setting.
Seneca Residence offers the following amenities:
- Building is watched around the clock.
- Private bedroom with a common three-piece bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and prep area
- Suites are spacious, and each private bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, chair, 32-inch smart TV and internet access.
- Costs for heat, electricity, and water are included.
- Choose to live near others who have comparable intellectual and social interests.

- A shared kitchen is available 24 hours a day

Off- campus
Places4Students, Seneca's trusted partner, has current student housing offerings. This vast real-time database will assist you in locating vacancies around Seneca campuses. Photos, contact information, and property details are all included in the listings. Make sure your living conditions are defined in a formal lease.
Homestay
Canada Seneca's Homestay Network (CHN) manages homestay lodgings for overseas students. Students who participate in a CHN homestay live with an approved host family and become integrated members of the family and community. Homestays are available for at least one month.
All accommodations feature, at the very least:
- a furnished room with a window.
- a bed with freshly laundered linens (sheets, pillow, and blankets)
- private storage (such as a chest of drawers or a closet) for your stuff
- use of a shared bathroom with your own clean towels
- a private study area, usually in your own room
