SGT University provides scholarships for BTech on the basis of merit in Class 12. They are usually applicable from the second semester onwards and continue each year if the student maintains the required academic performance and attendance. Details are given in the table below:

| 90% and above | 100% of tuition fee |
| 75% to 90% | 50% of tuition fee |
| 60% to 75% | 25% of tuition fee |
