Chandigarh University is an elite institution to disseminate scientific temperament, advanced scientific knowledge and provide a platform for Research and Innovation for serving the society. No doubt there are many intitutes which provide masters in Mathematics and every one is doing their best. One

Shoolini University does offer M.Sc Mathematics. However, it is a regular course and cannot be done through correspondence or via distance learning.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is best for BCA. UIC (university institute of computing )department is among the top departments at CU. There are special labs in the UIC department like Microsoft Azur lab, Redhat lab, Android development lab, and many more.
