    The selection criteria of SIT Tumkur for calling candidates for MBA admissions is based on multiple factors as follows:
    1. Past academic performance
    2. Quality & content of the answers in the application form
    3. Work experience, if any, in terms of job content & organisation
    4. Group Discussion & Interview performance (applicable for final admissions only)
    5. Extra curricular activities, other interests & accomplishments
    6. Competitive Test score CAT MAT XAT CMAT)
