Sikkim Professional University (SPU) has one of the best employment-oriented cultures with more than 100 companies in their campus recruitment. ICICI Prudential, Cipla, Sun Pharmaceutical; Lemon Tree were the few 2023 students who secured their placements. The range of packages that is fetched is around INR 4 Lakhs pa at max to an average of INR 2-3 LPA. The university also offers the right support by way of its Training and Placement Cell which includes skill development programs, mock interviews and internships so that students are better equipped the enter various job-oriented roles in the job market as freshers.
