The University has a defined dress code. Boys are expected to be in formals and leather shoes. Girls must wear sarees or chuddidars with dupatta. Everyone must have a white overcoat. The institute has a tie up with different PSU's and institutions for education loan. So the process must be complete

Yes, they have a dress code, and for the loan you need to confirm it from your bank it should be available before the deadline if you have provided valid details.
