The College of Engineering and Technology of SSBT has qualified faculty members as majorities of them possess Master's degree and years of teaching experience. Thus, about 70 percent of the faculty has a Master or Doctorate degree in their specialised areas of training. Quality education is one of the major goals and objectives of the college and many members of the teaching staff are known to participate in research and development thus supporting quality college education and better learning results for the college students.
