Hello Arnold,
St. Xavier's College doesn't offers MBA degree, rather it is Xavier Institute of Management and Research which offers MMS (equal to MBA):

The CAT score might be accepted, still confirm it with others. You can appear for the CET exam too, whose score is accepted for its MMS course. For details about admission via the minority quota, kindly contact the college.
