    Hello,

    Yes, Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University (SKRAU) follows the UGC notification for refunding tuition and other fees.

    According to the UGC policy guidelines, colleges and universities must fully refund fees for student admission cancellations or migrations up to September 30. For cancellations up to October 31, a processing fee of up to INR 1,000 may be deducted.
