    Yes, Temple University gives admission to international applicants (first-year or transfer) on a rolling basis, and candidates are usually notified of decisions four to six weeks after receipt of a completed application. However, Temple University has admission deadlines to follow and students are suggested to submit their documents within the given admission deadlines.
