A student who wishes to apply for a refund of the fee for admission cancellation submitted offline along with the original fee receipt, a canceled cheque, and whatever documents are necessary for submission as demanded by the administration before the submission deadline. The full amount will then be refunded within 15 working days after submitting the aforementioned documents, minus a processing charge of INR 1,000.

To cancel admission, students must submit a written application to the college. Refunds for cancellations made before the admission deadline will be processed within a month, minus a processing fee of Rs. 1000.
For cancellations after the deadline, no refund will be provided.
To initiate the cancellation process, students must provide the following documents:
- A filled and signed cancellation form
- A cancelled cheque
- Original fee receipt
- Original retention certificate
- Original identity proof
