At the undergraduate level, Thapar University provides four years of full-time BE/BTech studies. With the exception of the BTech in Biotechnology and Biomedical Engineering, admission to all BE/BTech programmes at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is determined by a candidate's performance on the JEE Main entrance exam. Valid NEET 2023 scores are required for TIET BTech admission to biotechnology and biomedical engineering. A counselling process is then included. 50% of the TIET seats will be filled based on NEET results, while the remaining 50% of seats will be filled based on the merit of the marks received in the aggreg
