    Yes, BMS College of Engineering offers admission to the BE in ECE course without meeting the 60% eligibility requirement in PCM. The eligibility criteria for general merit c&idates require a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in Physics & Mathematics, along with Chemistry/Bio Technology/Biology/Computer Science/Electronics as optional subjects. For SC/ST & OBC category c&idates, the minimum requirement is 40% marks in aggregate.
