There is only B.Sc (H) in mathematics and if you are not from science stream you can choose B.Com(H) course but B.Com is a course , which includes commerce subjects like accounts and yes mathematics is part of course as one of it's subject.

There is no degree called B.Com(Hons.) in Mathematics.
The degree offered is B.Sc honors Mathematics and is open for all students who had mathematics (not Business Mathematics) in their +2 examination.
