Does the company give any hike on rejoining? I have 4 year experience and I am thinking to take study leave from TCS.

Yes Prachi, companies do look for management degrees so that the candidates can be absorbed in higher managerial position in the company. You already have work ex and after having a management degree will indeed boost up your negotiation power on salary hikes after rejoining the company.
