No, Dibrugarh University does not offer admission to the B.Ed course without meeting the eligibility requirement in PCM. The university requires candidates to have at least 50% marks in aggregate in their bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in sciences/social sciences/humanities or a bachelor's in engineering/technology with specialisation in Science and mathematics with 55% marks. However, there is a relaxation of 5% in the qualifying marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD categories or having a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a school recognised by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam.
