    No, the Dr. MGR Educational & Research Institute does not offer admission to the BPharma course without meeting the 60% eligibility requirement in PCM. According to the institute's eligibility criteria, a pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, & Biology/Zoology/Computer Science is required for admission to the B.Pharm. course. There is no mention of a 60% requirement in PCM.
