    No, DSCE Bangalore does not offer admission to the B.E. in Mechanical Engineering course without meeting the 60% eligibility requirement in PCM, but the college requires a pass in PUC/12th/10+2 or equivalent examination with 45% marks aggregate in Physics, Mathematics & any one of the following subjects: Chemistry/Biology/Computer science/Electronics.
