Hi Arvind,
To be eligible to pursue MBA from IGNOU the minimum education qualification required is a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University. The University offers MBA in single specialization format only.

No, if you are any graduate with 50% you have to apply for entrance OPENMAT and only after clearing this you can do mBA
